Integrated management system
The Company developed and documented the integrated management system successfully functioning and undergoing necessary improvements as per the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 “Quality Management Systems. Requirements”, ISO 14001:2015 “Environmental management systems. Requirements with guidance for use”, ISO 45001:2018 “Occupational health and safety management systems. Requirements with guidance for use”, ISO 21502:2020 “Project, programme and portfolio management – Guidance on project management”, that is confirmed by certificates of compliance issued to the Company in 2019 by international certification body BUREAU VERITAS Certification.
The following Policies have been approved, put into effect and successfully implemented in the Company:
- The Quality Policy (PQMS-2022) is aimed at satisfying the requirements and expectations of the Russian and international customers through the services rendered by the Company, as well as at rigorous complying with the legislative requirements, applicable Rostechnadzor’s rules and regulations in the field of nuclear power engineering and industrial safety, which ultimately ensures safety of the customers’ facilities.
- The Environmental Management Policy (PIMS_E-2023) is aimed at ensuring and maintaining the level of environmental safety in the Company’s activities, in which the short- term and the long-term impact on the environment ensures the preservation of natural systems, maintaining their integrity and life-supporting functions;
- The Occupational Health and Safety Policy (P IMS_H&S-2024) is aimed at preventing accidents in the work process, preserving health of the Company’s employees, as well as minimizing risks and possible incidents during their work as well as prioritizing of the Company’s main value – life and health of the employees;
- The Industrial Safety Policy (P IMS_IS-2025) is aimed at ensuring such a level of industrial safety, at which the risk of incidents and accidents at hazardous production facilities is minimal and corresponds to the state-of-the-art level.
In order to sustain a strong safety culture, the Safety Culture Policy (P IMS_SC-2023) aimed at establishing, stimulating and developing commitment to compliance with the basic principles of safety culture among the Company’s employees has been put in place and is being successfully implemented.
