The Training and Qualification Center implements educational activities in the area of safety regulation in the field of the use of atomic energy, industrial safety, and anthropogenic safety. Additional professional refresher training program “Regulatory and Legal Basis of Atomic Energy Use and Safety Regulation in the Field of Atomic Energy Use” may be used to get basic professional skills within the scope of a professional development course.
As a result of mastering the program, a trainee should know how to use general requirements of the rules and regulations of nuclear, radiation, environmental, and industrial safety in the area of all the activities related to nuclear facilities; a trainee should know principles of nuclear, radiation, environmental, and industrial safety assurance, general requirements of nuclear, radiation, environmental, and industrial safety stipulated by the federal lows and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, requirements of legal regulatory acts and standards on nuclear, radiation, environmental, and industrial safety assurance.
Duration of the training program is 72 academic hours (4 weeks in case of an extramural form of training).
The training under the program is rendered in the extramural form with distance learning technologies applied.
The cost of the training rendered in the extramural form is 30,000 rubles per person.

Additional professional refresher training program “Supervision over Products Quality and Acceptance Inspections in the Field of Atomic Energy Use” may be used as a professional development course to get basic professional skills.
As a result of mastering program “Supervision over Products Quality and Acceptance Inspections in the Field of Atomic Energy Use”, a trainee should know how to use general requirements of rules and regulations when supervising the quality of products and performing acceptance inspections in the field of use of atomic energy; a trainee should know basic legal and regulatory documents, rules and regulations as well as standards with safety and quality requirements for nuclear equipment; a trainee should know the basics of arrangement and principles of supervision and acceptance inspections in the field of use of atomic energy, practical techniques, approaches and method of supervision as well as principles of acceptance inspections in the field of use of atomic energy.
