Assessment of prospective Suppliers/Contractors of the Customer in terms of their capabilities and their products properties to meet safety requirements.
Issuance of recommendations on conclusion of agreements/contracts with the aforesaid.
Suppliers/Contractors to the Customers.
Implementation of permissive activity related to safety assurance during design of hazardous facilities and production lines, design, manufacture, deliveries and installation of products, start up adjustment work and operation of the hazardous facilities and production lines.
Review of and agreeing upon design documentation for products and changes to this documentation for its compliance with safety codes and standards of hazardous facilities and production lines, initial technical requirements and other regulatory documents establishing requirements for products.
Arrangement and implementation of supervision over quality during design and manufacture of products for hazardous facilities and production lines.
Implementation of acceptance inspections of products for hazardous facilities and production lines at the enterprises of the Customer’s Suppliers and Sub-suppliers thereof.
Monitoring and analysis of quality of products for hazardous facilities and production lines of the Customer’s Suppliers and Sub-suppliers thereof.
Supervision over quality during installation and commissioning of hazardous facilities and production lines.
Review, analysis of reports on non-conformances affecting safety of hazardous facilities and production lines.
Review, analysis and agreeing upon technical decisions related to deviations from design and regulatory documentation.
Review and approval of other technical decisions based on the Customer’s requests.
Participation in tests of products for hazardous facilities and production lines.
Participation and/or implementation of audits of quality management systems and quality assurance programs of the Customer’s Suppliers/Contractors following the Customer’s requests.
