JSC “VO “Safety” supervises construction, deliveries and installation of equipment in the course of creation and modernization of industrial facilities in the territory of Russia and abroad.

Construction supervision:

• Inspecting quality of materials and products including the design documentation submitted to the Contractor for execution (in-coming inspection);
• Inspection of compliance with the established standards, sequence and content of process operations (construction planning design, work production plans and other types of organizational and process documentation);
• Examination (witnessing) of civil construction works (together with the customer);
• Verification of completeness and compliance with the incoming inspection requirements, authenticity of documenting the results thereof;
• Verification of the contractor’s implementation of supervisory activities, etc.
• Verification (conducted jointly with the Contractor) of the completed facility conformity with the requirements of design documentation and working documentation drafted based on design documentation, as well as with the results of engineering surveys, requirements of the land plot development plan and requirements of technical regulations.

Manufacture inspection and acceptance of equipment (conformity assessment of equipment) to be used at the industrial facilities being created or modernized, including the systematic arrangement of quality control of equipment produced by foreign manufacturers.
