Safety Culture

Fostering and sustaining of safety culture in JSC “VO “Safety” shall be implemented by a set of systematized and coordinated types of activity, methods and means of encouraging personnel’s commitment to safety as a priority in comparison with other rationale.

The activity in the field of the safety culture is focused on ensuring a high level of personnel commitment to safety by developing the safety culture enhancement process in the Company, which, in its turn, can guarantee a sustainable high level of implemented activities.

The duties of managers of all levels include constant enhancement of production culture and cultivation of personnel safety culture.
