Atomenergoprom’s additional issue of shares registered

The Federal Financial Markets Service (FFMS) December 8 registered an additional issue of common nominal uncertificated shares of Atomenergoprom being placed through the closed subscription. According to the FFMS decision regarding the issue of securities, the issuer places 300 million shares at a nominal price of 1,000 rubles each (about US$33.3). A total amount of the additional issue is RUR300bn.
