A delegation of the Bangladesh Atomic Energy Regulatory Authority (BAERA) made a working visit to JSC “VO “Safety”. The negotiations program includes such topics as the extension of the actual contract with BAERA, signing a contract for the safety regulatory infrastructure development in the People’s Republic of Bangladesh as well as current issues of the Rooppur NPP construction.

Multilateral consultations with representatives of BAERA, JSC “VO “Safety”, BAEC, JSC EC ASE as well as JSC Atomenergoproekt took place in the course of the negotiations.

Under the scope of the actual contractual obligations, JSC “VO “Safety” renders the Bangladesh Atomic Energy Regulatory Authority the services of documentation review, conformity assessment of the manufactured equipment as well as construction supervision at the Rooppur NPP construction site.
