The conference was arranged by the Russian Nuclear Society with the support of JSC Concern Rosenergoatom, Novovoronezh NPP, and WANO Young Generation.

The main objective of the conference is to engage young people in discussions on the challenges of developing the nuclear industry in the world together with honored professionals and veterans of the nuclear industry. Young scientists, engineers, specialists, and leading experts discussed the development prospects of nuclear energy.

The conference included a roundtable discussion on safety, the life cycle and development of nuclear power plants, as well as support for youth movements and initiatives. The conference concluded with a technical visit to Unit 6 of the Novovoronezh NPP, which is an innovative unit of Generation 3+ with a VVER-1200 reactor.
