The management of the Ministry of Science and Technology of Vietnam, Vietnam Agency for Radiation and Nuclear Safety (VARANS) as well as Vietnam Atomic Energy Institute paid an official visit to Rostechnadzor.

A meeting was held to discuss the tasks facing the Vietnam regulatory body in preparation for the construction of the Center for Nuclear Science and Technology and the nuclear power plant. JSC “VO “Safety” representatives reported on a list of services rendered by the Company within the framework of scientific and technical support of regulatory bodies in embarking countries.

The delegation’s visit also included a meeting at the Scientific and Engineering Center for Nuclear and Radiation Safety in Moscow, as well as visits to Leningrad NPP-2 (Sosnovy Bor, Leningrad region, and the Izhora Plant, a manufacturer of equipment for nuclear power plants.
