On March 10-11, 2026, the representatives of the State Institution “Scientific and Engineering Center for Radiation and Nuclear Safety” of the Republic of Uzbekistan paid a visit aimed at getting familiarized with the activities of JSC “VO “Safety”.

During the working meetings, the issues related to safety reviews, inspections at NPP construction sites, and quality control at manufacturers were discussed. JSC “VO “Safety” presented proposals for equipping the laboratories for neutron physical and thermal-hydraulic analyses and probabilistic safety analysis. Special attention was paid to the issue of training regulatory bodies in “embarking countries” under the comprehensive modular program.

Meetings were held in a professional and positive atmosphere that allowed the participants to discuss the relevant issues and outline possibilities of further cooperation.
