In early August, specialists of the Headquarters of JSC “VO “Safety” performed acceptance and delivery tests of products by KROHNE Messtechnik GmbH (Duisburg, Germany) and checked samples of variable area flowmeters of H250 type produced for the Leningrad NPP-2 for their compliance with the requirements of the technical documentation. The installation of the tested products was allowed.

Let us remind that variable area flowmeters of H250 type are to measure the volume flow rate of gases, steam, and liquids. The operation principle of variable area flowmeters is based on measuring the rise height of the float, which moves in a vertical cone tube due to the driving force.
