JSC “VO “Safety” is close to the end of its transition to the integrated management system: the Headquarters and three branch offices (Penza, North-western, Central) have had a clean preliminary audit for their compliance with the requirements of international standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018. Representatives of international certification body JSC Bureau Veritas Certification Russia assessed the efficiency of business processes in the Company and analyzed the results thereof.

JSC “VO “Safety” decided to switch to the integrated management system (IMS) due to the update of international IAEA safety standards GSR Part 2 “Leadership and Management for Safety” in 2017 with the requirements for the management system of nuclear organizations to implement components that include safety assurance, health and environmental protection.

Upon the audit results, JSC Bureau Veritas Certification Russia confirmed once again that JSC “VO “Safety” fully meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 “Quality Management Systems”. The auditing company also pointed out a high level of preparedness for the certification to international standards ISO 14001:2015 “Environmental management systems” and ISO 45001:2018 “Occupational health and safety management systems”, which are new for the Company.

The Company has to pass the final audit to get respective certificates. The IMS transition is to complete in October 2019.
