February 19, 2020, Joint Stock Company “VO “Safety” and Federal Autonomous Institution RosKapStroy signed their first cooperation agreement for the expert, information and consultancy, educational activities, as well as for the issues of the civil engineering supervision. Moreover, the parties will cooperate to enhance professional knowledge of specialists in urban development, civil engineering as well as housing maintenance and utilities.

The new document assumes there will be an exchange of specialists within the scope of educational projects and scientific programs to conduct expert and research activities, joint financial and technical audits at capital construction facilities, and cooperation when exercising the function of a technical customer at specifically complex and hazardous capital construction facilities.

“We are proud to work with the corypheus in the field of safety of buildings and structures. This will let us expand the list of educational programs and regularly exchange expert opinions about complex urban planning issues, including those related to the construction oversight at technically complex and hazardous facilities. In my opinion, this will have a positive effect on the industry as a whole,’ noted Yulia Maksimova, Director of FAI RosKapStroy.

“Cooperation with FAI RosKapStroy is of strategical importance from our point of view. Work under the scope of the Agreement signed would allow using the competences of both parties to optimize technical solutions for different projects, to increase the level and quality of services rendered, in general,” noted Vladimir Tikhonov, Director General of JSC “VO “Safety”. “As an expert organization, we have considerable experience in work with different facilities. Over the last two years, our specialists have controlled the construction activities at fifteen facilities of Russia’s power complex. The level of our specialists allows them to conduct the construction oversight of all the types of construction and installation activities, as well as to find faults at an early stage,” he added.

Federal Autonomous Institution RosKapStroy was funded by Order No. 142/pr of March 11, 2016, of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities of Russia “On the Renaming of the Federal Autonomous Institution of Continuing Professional Education “State Academy of Professional Development and Retraining for Staff of the Construction and Housing and Utilities Complex” and on the Approval of the Charter Revised at the Request of President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin to Exercise Functions of a Single Customer in the Construction and Reconstruction of Capital Construction Facilities from Federal Budget Resources.” The organization’s main areas of activity were extended with the functions of a technical customer, construction oversight and assessment of qualifications of specialists working in the field of construction, housing, and utilities.
